Refund Policy

Patients need to cancel 24 hour before the appointment or 50% of the total fee will be charged.
No show is 100% of the total fee. Please note that not showing up for the appointment without 24 hours prior notice is loss of wages for the practitioner and its clients’ responsibility to let us know before.
